For a Corporate Lawyer, is it better take an MBA or Msc in Economics

For a Corporate Lawyer, is it better take an MBA or Msc in Economics?
I'm a corporate lawyer and do legal audit a lot. I'm interested to study economics which could help my work especially in corporate/merge & acquisition field. But I'm confused between choosing Msc. or MBA. I'm also interested to be a lecturer one day. Which degree will suit my interest?

An MBA is a professional degree. The MSc is an academic degree. \Your decision

2
MBA is a broader scope incorporating marketing, finanance, accounting, production operations, among other areas. With an economics degree you have a narrower focus. Your call.
